Social constructions, ideas, and cultural presuppositions formed about the blind, especially blind girls, arouse adverse feelings in blind people and usually impose additional suffering on them. Anxiety is one of the most important negative emotions that exist in blind girls; therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of teaching the meaning of life based on integrative Tawhidi system on existential anxiety in blind girls. In this semi-experimental study of pre-test-post-test type with a control group, 30 blind girls from all the girls who were members of the blind community of Yazd province in 2024 were selected through convenience sampling, and then they were divided into two groups of 15 people, test group and control group. Both groups were evaluated with Good and Good existential anxiety test before the intervention. The experimental group participated in 10 sessions of one and a half hours of giving meaning in life based on the integrative Tawhidi system in a group manner, then the post-test was carried out by two groups and the data were analyzed using version 25 of SPSS software. Results showed that teaching meaning in life based on this system reduces the existential anxiety of blind girls and its components, that is aimlessness of work, worthlessness of the meaning in life, inability to convince others, lack of interest towards doing things, and not feeling responsible towards others. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the education of giving meaning to life based on this system reduces the existential anxiety of blind girls and its components.
