The present study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of self-communication education (based on the quadruple communication perspective) on the religious identity of 12 to 15-year adolescents in Isfahan’s schools. The method of this research was semi-experimental with pre- and post-test and a control group. Using convenient sampling method, 40 fifth and sixth graders studying in Taha non-profit school (District 2) were recruited. Based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, participant assigned to experimental (20 people) and control (20 people) groups. First, the Bell Religious Identity Questionnaire was applied to the two groups. Then the experimental group was trained for 16 sessions of 75 minutes; all participants were analyzed in the pre- and post-test stages. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and analysis of covariance. The research hypothesis, the effectiveness of self-communication training on adolescents' religious identity, was confirmed. Based on the finding, we conclude that educating the quadruple communications to adolescents affects and increase religious identity.
