Most of the patterns of Spiritual Psychotherapy in the field of cognition deal with the two subjects of existence and the perceived self. The goal of the present research is to study basic conceptions and to regulate the principles of multidimen-sional spiritual pattern. This research is the fruit of analyzing the scriptures (the Holy Qur'an and the traditions), psychological texts and findings and clinical experiences. The findings show that man has two spiritual and natural but balanced and monotheistic dimensions. These dimensions have different aspects that represent the complexity of man's creation. Man's conception realm has four major subjects: Origin, End, Existence and Self. The axis of these four subjects is God-cognitional (monotheistic and real conception of God), and hence multidimensional spiritual psychotherapy, too has set its fundamental principles on the basis of this conceptual realm. The conceived "origin" (Unity of God) engages man with spirituality and activates the therapeutic of unity (integrity) of acts and the conceived "end" (Resurrection) of the purposefulness of acts. When these two: the conceived existence, the mechanism of preciousness and making the acts meaningful are active, then the "conceived self" will activate the coming mechanisms in the spiritual dimension. These mechanisms pave the way within the framework of intellectuality and sublimating self-discipline seeking, for the client's therapy and sublimation-seeking.
