مدل فرایندی دلبستگی زوجین بر اساس منابع اسلامی: پژوهشی کیفی

چکیده

دلبستگی به‌عنوان یکی از مفاهیم بنیادین روان‌شناسی، نقش محوری در کیفیت روابط زوجین دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین مدل فرایندی دلبستگی زوجین مبتنی بر منابع اسلامی انجام شد. بدین منظور، با رویکرد اجتهادی و روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی، آیات و روایات مرتبط با روابط زناشویی تحلیل و کدگذاری گردید. در نتیجه، 244 کد اولیه، 53 زیرمقوله، 17 مقوله و 5 تم اصلی استخراج شد. شاخص‌های CVI و CVR، روایی محتوایی و کفایت نظری مدل نهایی را تأیید کردند. یافته‌ها نشان داد دلبستگی زوجی بر اساس منابع اسلامی بر دو نظام فطری «مودّت» و «رحمت» استوار است که در تعامل پویا، به شکل‌گیری «سَکَن» (پایگاه ایمن) و «مأوی» (پناهگاه امن) می‌انجامند. این دو، زیربنای ابعاد چهارگانه مودّت فطری (شناختی، هیجانی، رفتاری و معنوی) و تحقق ثمرات رابطه زوجی‌اند. پیش‌نیازهایی چون ایمان و اخلاق، معیارهای ظاهری، جاذبه عاطفی، انتخاب آگاهانه و کفویت، زمینه‌ساز دلبستگی ایمن خدامحور هستند. پیامدهای این پیوند، رضایت، سرور و سکونت خدامحور در زندگی مشترک است. مدل حاصل، با عنوان «مدل دلبستگی وِداد»، چارچوبی بومی و الهام‌گرفته از آموزه‌های اسلامی برای فهم و مداخله در روابط زوجی ارائه می‌دهد و می‌تواند مبنایی برای طراحی مداخلات بالینی در زوج‌درمانی اسلامی باشد.

A Process Model of Couples Attachment Based on Islamic Sources: A Qualitative Study

چکیده [English]

Attachment, a foundational construct in psychology, critically shapes marital relationship quality. This study developed a process-oriented model of couples' attachment grounded in Islamic sources. Employing an ejtehād-based approach combined with qualitative content analysis, Qur’anic verses and Prophetic narrations on marital relations were coded and analyzed. Analysis produced 244 initial codes, 53 subcategories, 17 categories, and five overarching themes. Content validity indices (CVI, CVR) confirmed the conceptual coherence and theoretical adequacy of the final model.

Findings indicate Couples' attachment in Islamic teachings is organized around two innate systems: Mawaddah and Rahmah. Their dynamic interplay yields Sakan (secure base) and Ma’wā (safe haven), underpinning four dimensions (cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and spiritual) and facilitating marital wellbeing. Preconditions such as faith and ethics, physical and emotional attraction, informed mate choice, and kafā’ah (compatibility) support development of a God-centered secure attachment.

Termed the Wedād Attachment Model, this culturally grounded and spiritually enriched framework advances understanding of Couples' attachment in Islamic contexts and provides a theoretical basis for designing culturally congruent clinical interventions in couple therapy.
