Abstract

This study aimed to Comparison of interpersonal trust and positive feeling toward the spouse based on religious orientation among married personnel of Kerman University of Medical Sciences. This is a correlational and applied research. 200 personnel of Kerman University of Medical Sciences were selected through simple random sampling. Data gathered by positive feeling toward the spouse, religious orientation, and interpersonal trust. The results showed uncommitted couples were different, in positive feeling toward spouse among, from couples that only one of them is uncommitted; positive sexual felling towards the spouse and mutual trust among the first group were higher than the latter. Also, mutual trust among committed couples was higher than uncommitted couples. Overall, the results showed that similarity between the spouses in religious commitment, interpersonal trust, and positive feeling towards the spouse is important.
