To datome researchers suggested that the use of cognitive behavioral therapy in combination with spiritual-religious techniques is much effective in treating anxiety disorders. The purpose of this study was to case-study and research the effectiveness of religion based cognitive behavioral therapy with focus on positive thinking and forgiveness techniques on the diagnosed depression and anxiety signs. One of the clients is a 46 year woman who through clinical interview and MMPI and SCL-90 tests has been diagnosed with depression and anxiety signs.
