The research method was semi-experimental with a pre-test and post-test design of two groups which included a control group and an experimental group. The statistical population of this research was all the mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) who had referred to an autism rehabilitation training center in Qom in 2023. The number of participants in each group was 12, and the intervention took place in 8 weekly sessions of 90 minutes. Dependent variables, happiness and life satisfaction scales, were investigated in two stages. The findings showed a significant difference between the control and the experimental groups in life satisfaction and happiness. The results showed that the Islamic Hope Therapy protocol is an effective method in increasing happiness and life satisfaction of mothers of children with ASD. Therefore, the presented protocol can be used in the intervention process for these mothers. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر امیددرمانی اسلامی در شادکامی و رضایت از زندگی مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اتیسم بود. روش تحقیق از نوع ‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون پس‌آزمون دو گروهی بود که شامل یک گروه گواه و یک گروه آزمایش بود. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش کلیۀ مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اتیسم بودند که در سال 1402 به یک مرکز آموزشی توان‌بخشی اتیسم در شهر قم مراجعه کرده بودند. تعداد شرکت‌کنندگان هر گروه 12 نفر بودند و مداخله در 8 جلسۀ هفتگی 90‌ دقیقه‌ای صورت گرفت. متغییرهای وابسته، مقیاس شادکامی فاعلی و رضایت از زندگی در دو مرحله بررسی گردید. یافته‌ها نشان‌دهندۀ تفاوت معنادار گروه کنترل و آزمایش در رضایت از زندگی و شادکامی بود. نتایج نشان داد پروتکل امیددرمانگری اسلامی روشی مؤثر در افزایش شادکامی و رضایت از زندگی مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اتیسم است. بنابراین پروتکل ارائه‌شده قابل استفاده در فرایند مداخله برای این افراد است. https://psychology.riqh.ac.ir/article_13772_8f9682f457d23a8a35f76ea9f0de9eef.pdf
