This study was conducted with a quantitative approach and a quasi-experimental method using a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population consisted of all mothers with one or more disabled children in Yazd. Using the available sampling method, 30 people were selected as a sample and allocated in two groups of 15 (experimental and control). Participants answered the Connor-Davidson Resilience Questionnaire in the pre-test and post-test stages. Meaningful training in suffering with an integrated monotheistic approach was provided to the members of the experimental group in 8 sessions of 90-120 minutes. Finally, the research data were analyzed by analysis of covariance. The results showed that teaching meaning to suffering, based on the Islamic view, and with the approach of integrated monotheistic treatment has been effective in increasing the resilience of mothers with disabled children. Based on the research results, it is suggested that medical centers and institutions pay attention to this training in promoting resilience of mothers. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش معنادهی به رنج با رویکرد درمان یکپارچه توحیدی بر افزایش تاب‏ آوری مادران دارای فرزند (فرزندان) معلول بود. این مطالعه با رویکرد کمّی و به روش نیمه‏ آزمایشی و با به‏ کارگیری طرح پیش ‏آزمون - پس‏ آزمون با گروه گواه انجام شد. جامعه آماری متشکل از کلیه مادران دارای یک یا چند فرزند معلول در شهر یزد بود. با استفاده از روش نمونه ‏گیری در دسترس، 30 نفر به‏ عنوان نمونه انتخاب و در دو گروه 15 نفری (آزمایش و کنترل) جایگزین شدند. شرکت ‏کنندگان به پرسشنامه استاندارد تاب‏ آوری کونور - دیویدسون، در مراحل پیش ‏آزمون و پس ‏آزمون پاسخ دادند. آموزش معنادهی به رنج با رویکرد یکپارچه توحیدی در 8 جلسه 90 - 120 دقیقه‏ ای به اعضای گروه آزمایش ارائه شد ولی گروه کنترل هیچ‏گونه مداخله‏ ای را در این خصوص در طول مدت آزمایش دریافت نکرد. در پایان نیز داده‏ های پژوهش با روش تحلیل کوواریانس تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش معنادهی به رنج با رویکرد درمان یکپارچه توحیدی بر افزایش تاب ‏آوری مادران دارای فرزند(های) معلول مؤثر بوده است. https://psychology.riqh.ac.ir/article_13341_bacf81c7292a2195e244fbf046d82b16.pdf
